The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has introduced once again Company Law Settlement Scheme - CLSS 2014 vide Circular No. 34 dated 13th August 2014. This CLSS will commence from 15th August 2014 and will remain in force till 15th October 2014. Under the scheme, companies, which have defaulted in Annual filings (Form 23AC/ACA, 20B, 21A, 66 and 23B) due upto 30th June 2014 can file these forms with 25% of additional fees.
